This involves purchasing discarded plastic items from various channels to ensure that they don't end up in landfills, but have a new purpose. Our collection process is meticulous and ensures that we get a wide range of plastics suitable for recycling.
Once collected, each piece of plastic goes through a strict quality control process. This step is crucial to ensure that only suitable materials proceed to the next step. After inspection, plastic parts are thoroughly rinsed to remove any contaminants, residue or foreign objects, ensuring a clean recycling process.
After cleaning, the plastic is fed to our state-of-the-art recycling machines. Here it is ground into smaller pieces, breaking it down to its core elements. This milling process is optimized to ensure the integrity of the plastic is maintained, making it ideal for its next life in new products.
After grinding, the now recycled plastic material is carefully packaged and prepared for its next journey. Rich in quality and sustainability, this raw material is ready to be transformed into new products and complete its cycle from discarded object to valuable resource.
